Ashvin has over 21 years of solid and proven experience in the setting up and administration of global business companies and trusts in Mauritius. He is currently an executive director at Arch Global Consult Ltd, a management company licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission. He was the Senior Corporate and Trust Manager at Multiconsult Ltd (a representative of Arthur Andersen in Mauritius) and was subsequently promoted General Manager of Cim Trustees (Mauritius) Ltd. He holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK and an MBA(Finance) from the University of Leicester, UK. He is also a member of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK (formerly “ICSA”) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, UK.
Prakash has over 23 years of relevant experience in the global business sector in Mauritius. He started his career in 1998 with International Financial Services Limited (now “Sanne Mauritius”), one of the major offshore management companies before joining Multiconsult Limited (a representative of Arthur Andersen in Mauritius, now “IQ–EQ”) in 2002. He spent over 10 years with Multiconsult Limited, a leading firm in fund and corporate administration and has been involved in advising international clients on the structuring and administration of global business companies, including collective investment schemes, investment managers, investment advisers, insurance brokers, etc.
Since March 2013, he is an executive director at Arch Global Consult Ltd, a management company involved in the structuring and administration of global business companies and trusts. Prakash is a Member of the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI), UK (formerly “ICSA”). He holds a degree {BSc (Econ) – Accounting and Finance} from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, UK and an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester, UK.
